Start here after purchase.

  1. Check the inbox used at checkout, including spam, quarantine, and shared procurement inboxes.
  2. Look for CAI access instructions with your plan or workspace access code.
  3. Go to the member login page and enter your email plus the provided access code.
  4. If the message is missing or the code fails, email support with purchase details.
